Malcolm Martin is Managing Director of Employer Solutions Ltd, undertaking consultancy in the are of industrial relations since 1992. He is the author of Certificate in Personnel Practice programmes for Manchester Open Learning and the coauthored of the highly successful and practical book 'Personnel Practice', and also the Employment Law Pocketbook. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a Member of the Institute of Management, holds qualifications in Employment Law with Middlesex University and with the CIPD.
