Peter Such is a former England International Cricketer. After retiring from playing, he set up the Academy for Essex County Cricket Board that, within three years, had produced 6 county players, one of whom also played for the England team at the tender age of 21.
Peter has therefore achieved at the highest level of sport, and coached others to achieve at the level.
Peter Such has now turned to apply his sporting skills to business environments. He both coaches individuals and trains for leaders and managers to coach others to help good people reach their full potential.
