Personality Differences
When there is insufficient understanding of personality differences in a team, the result can be friction between team members and/or poor team performance. Personality type reports help individuals to understand their own preferences and those of fellow team members. By discussing their personality differences, team members can become more tolerant and learn how team performance can be raised by incorporating 'other' perspectives.

Discussion of the team's work and team performance
Communication is one of the most frequently-occurring problems in teams. A Team Health Check is a simple but powerful communication tool that often transforms the way a team interacts. Team members complete the questionnaire individually and the system produces a consolidated report, which can be discussed at a team meeting or awayday. Optionally, two reports can be produced - to provide different perspectives from inside and outside the team, so the team can compare its own view of its performance with the views of people outside the team.

Hidden Team Dynamics
If a team is unaware of its dynamics (unconscious collective behaviours), team performance can be inhibited because it does not react well to certain types of situation. The Team Dynamics Assessment is a discussion document that can be used by a team to understand its own dynamics.
As with the other questionnaires, we provide step-by-step instructions. The questionnaires and reports are easy to administer - with a few clicks, you create a link for team members to complete the questionnaire; with a few more clicks, produce a consolidated report for use in a discussion.
