ISFJ careers (based on research)
ISFJs tend to enjoy a career if it involves helping people and seeing them derive pleasure from the service. They enjoy applying experience to practical work, giving and receiving appreciation, building relationships and reducing conflict, and getting to know individuals on a personal level. ISFJs prefer careers in which there is more:
- thinking about ideas and information (Introversion)
- dealing with facts and tangible outcomes (iNtuition)
- making decisions using subjective values (Feeling)
- using a well-defined and structured workstyle (Judgment)
The careers chosen most often by ISFJs (according to our research with people already in work) include design, teaching, personal assistant, research, administration, medical, human resources. However, the most popular careers were not always the most enjoyable. You can find out why by completing our personality test.
