Steve Myers, Managing Partner
Steve has used the theories of C.G. Jung for 20 years, primarily in team and leadership development. He holds an M.A. in Jungian and Post-Jungian Studies from the University of Essex, and is currently pursuing Ph.D. research entitled "Mythology for Christians". He is a member of BAPT (British Association of Psychological Type) and has published various articles and presented at various international conferences over the last 15 years on the subject of Psychological Type and other aspects of Jung's theories.
Steve is the author of the book Influencing People Using Myers Briggs, and several Jungian-based questionnaires and supporting materials - including the MTR-i (Managing Team Roles indicator), ITPQ (Ideal Team Profile Questionnaire), and MMDI (Mental Muscle Diagram Indicator).
