i like working on new concepts, great ideas & bigger project (ART Director - ESFJ)

I dont like working by myself. I also don’t like being home alone on a regular basis when I don’t have a job. I love the staging part of my job but I don’t like the marketing side of it AT ALL. I like the creative freedom, working with art and illustrators, conceptualizing, and seeing ideas become a reality in print. Managing difficult personalities and immature/younger employees who too often stick to the rule at the expense of the greater good—those who don’t see the big picture. (Creative Director - ENTP)
