What I like about my job is that Occupational Therapists make a difference to disabled people’s everyday lives and occupations enabling them to participate more in life. As the manager I am an expert but also the leader of the team and I enjoy being able to stay in touch with the hands on work through supervision and know that what we do makes a difference.
