Winning External review of approach to winning (VP Sales - INTJ)
Competing in an industry that, for the most part, necessitates selling on emotion and not facts. There is so much information and so many nuances that it is quite easy to manipulate a client to your interest as long as you hit the right emotional buttons. I don’t like that. It has become standard industry practice and I think it’s wrong. The lending rules and rates change so frequently that the only way a borrower could know they were being manipulated is if they themselves were in the industry. In contrast, the best part of the job is getting individuals and their families the money they need to buy a home they can afford. The hours are pretty good too. (Mortgage Broker - INTP)
