I really enjoy my job because it fits my personality. When I stock the shelves it makes the day go faster to know i enjoy what I’m doing. (warehouse low-end - ESFJ)
Up until very recently, I was responsible for training design and delivery. All of the team have had to undergo interviews/assessments as the management have decided to split us between design and delivery. We were able to offer a preference, but ultimately, they would decide where we would sit within the team. I opted for design, which I was given, largely based on my personal circumstances and inability and unwillingness to travel for long stints away from home. I do enjoy the design aspect of training, but I will sorely miss delivery and the interaction and rapport that you build with people when training them, as well as imparting knowledge and watching people grow and develop as a direct result of the training that you give them. I feel that I am good at both aspects - design and delivery - and I feel that I will be unfulfilled by only doing one of these roles from now on. (Training Design for the Telecoms Industry - ESFP)
